About 415 Projects

Welcome to 415 Projects. Our founder, Dr. Azadeh Osanloo, brings decades of expertise in educational leadership and social justice. From 2006 to 2024, Dr. Osanloo was a Professor at New Mexico State University, where she held significant roles including the inaugural Co-Director of the School of Teacher Preparation, Administration, and Leadership, and the Stan Fulton Endowed Chair for the Improvement of Border and Rural Schools. Her academic background includes a Master of Public Administration from NYU and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Arizona State University.

Dr. Osanloo has dedicated her career to advancing educational equity and inclusion. She has published eight books, co-edited four special journal issues, and authored over 55 peer-reviewed works. Her impactful research and teaching have guided 36 doctoral students in social justice leadership. Notable projects include initiatives to boost marginalized student representation in STEM and the Youth Leadership Academy, aimed at improving community-police relations.

Dr. Osanloo has earned prestigious awards such as the American Graduate Champion Award and the Ngage New Mexico Educator Award. Her service on Governor Lujan Grisham’s Advisory Council for Racial Justice underscores her commitment to societal change. She is also trained and certified in Restorative Justice Circles, Civil Mediation, Special Education Mediation, Conflict Resolution, and Title IX Investigations.
